You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@isonicpro.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Details

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement

Damaged or Defective Products

If your iSonic Pro arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement immediately.

Warranty

Every iSonic Pro comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened brush heads cannot be returned. The toothbrush unit itself can be returned if cleaned and in working condition.
